To lead engineering, and projects execution team and deliver respective engineering and order management services to the expectations of the stakeholders and reports to the Group Manager.
How you'll make an impact:
Planning:
- Long-term planning with LPG - Scope & Resources.
- Define team-level strategy in alignment with Local BU and INOPC strategy
Process:
- Implement structure to achieve Long Term Objectives (Teams, Training, Process & Tools).
- Continuously improve and Ensure implementation of work processes and operational development in line with the strategy.
Projects:
- Prepares the manpower budget based on forecast provided by the Local PGs, analyses data & proposes steps to improve the full cost (cost per resource)
- Ensure the achievement of scope expansion as per the defined strategy.
- Set, Measure and improve the KPI/Goals for each team & regularly review performance against targets
People:
- Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
- Ensure recruitment of resources as per plan.
- Guides, motivates, trains, and develops direct and indirect subordinates
- Review and ensure the development of team competency. (Technical, Project Management, etc.,)
- Carries out talent management activities for Teams (e.g. Career planning) and retention management
- Ensures performance management of the team and takes proactive actions to improve the same through appropriate training and development actions.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with OHS group guidelines
- Ensure Hitachi integrity guidelines are followed among the teams
- Ensure IS security policy is followed among the teams
- Acts as a role model
- LPG's order intake impacts Project utilization, Resource Plan, Scope expansion
- Managing expectations of LPGs / Customers across diverse geographies & cultures
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:
- Engineering Graduate preferably with EEE and Min Experience of 10 years in the execution of Power System projects / Products
- Experience in leading teams and people management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of power systems, grid technologies, and relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE).
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of engineers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
