Supervise and lead a team of accountants, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations. Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.

Review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and senior management, to analyze financial data, provide insights, and support decision-making.

Develop and implement accounting procedures, internal controls, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes. Conduct regular audits of financial transactions and records to identify discrepancies or errors and take appropriate corrective actions.

Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations, standards, and industry trends, and ensure compliance in financial reporting and tax obligations. Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and professional development.

Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial insights and recommendations based on historical data and industry trends. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements related to financial transactions and reporting.

Drive process improvements to streamline accounting processes, reduce manual tasks, and increase efficiency through the use of automation or technology solutions.
