The position of Team Leader/Urban Planner is key in these bids.
Main Duties
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of GIS-based Master Plan projects in alignment with client objectives and regulations.
- Supervise GIS analysts, urban planners, data scientists, and technical consultants.
- Oversee integration of spatial data, remote sensing, and geospatial analysis into planning workflows.
- Ensure quality control of spatial datasets, maps, and analytical outputs.
- Liaise with government agencies, stakeholders, and community representatives to gather inputs and present findings.
- Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and present technical reports, visualizations, and planning documents.
- Stay updated on emerging GIS technologies and planning methodologies to improve project outcomes.
Profile/Skills
- Masters in Urban, Regional, Infrastructure, Transport, Housing, or Environment Planning, or equivalent, with 15 years of experience.
- Proven experience in preparing at least three master plans, GIS plans, zonal plans, development plans, or City Development Plans.
