Job summary

Europa Locks in Pune, India, seeks a quality professional to train suppliers, conduct monthly supplier audits and drive supplier improvement activities across sheet metal stamping, HPDC, assembly, plastic molding and finishing.

You will support problem-solving through Pareto analysis, DOL/D3 audits, and MSAs, ensuring adherence to QMS and customer quality requirements. BE or DME with relevant experience preferred; certification an advantage.

Qualifications

• BE or DME with related experience in supplier quality for commodity processes.
• QMS certification is an advantage.
• Experience in training suppliers and driving supplier audits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Give training and guidance to supplier for statistical process study.
• On time escalation/status updating and execute monthly supplier audit as per plan, validate daily problematic quantity of supplier at in‑house assembly/manufacturing, and support SCM to drive supplier improvement activities.
• Support STD ROOM person to accomplish MSA schedule for all existing supplier gauges.
• Prepare Pareto analysis for RCA and D3.
• Conduct process and DOL supplier audit.
