Job summary

IndBank Global Support Services Limited invites applications for a regional sales leader overseeing the retail liabilities segment. The role focuses on driving targets, coordinating FOS activities, and ensuring efficient use of resources across the region.

You will liaise with Liabilities leaders to align strategies and optimize customer outreach. You will supervise FOS staff development, activate multiple sales channels, and monitor performance against KRAs.

Responsibilities

• Drive region-wide targets for retail liabilities.
• Provide infrastructure in coordination with the bank to support Feet on Street (FOS) employees.
• Monitor performance of FOS structure and manage effectively.
• Coordinate with Heads of Liabilities and Retail Liabilities officials for smooth FOS activity.
• Ensure optimal allocation of budgeted resources.
• Maintain productivity targets and address non-performing FOS executives with HR.
• Develop and oversee training and development of FOS staff.
• Activate sales channels to maximize reach and impact.
• Establish lead management targets to optimize sales conversion.
• Manage performance metrics and ensure compliance with standards.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets per KRAs while adhering to budgets.
• Execute a strategic plan to grow retail liabilities customer base.

Drive and achieve targets on a region wide scale for the retail liabilities business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide essential infrastructure in coordination with the bank to support local-level Feet on Street (FOS) employees.
• Monitor the overall performance of the FOS structure associated with the retail liability vertical and manage performance effectively.
• Liaison with Head of Liabilities Business, Team Leaders, and Bank’s Retail Liabilities officials to ensure smooth coordination of FOS activities.
• Ensure the optimal allocation of budgeted resources at all times.
• Maintain productivity targets as allocated by the business unit and coordinate with HR to identify and address non-performing FOS executives.
• Develop and oversee the training and development of FOS staff.
• Activate sales channels to maximize reach and impact.
• Establish lead management targets and standards to optimize sales conversion.
• Manage performance metrics for the FOS team and ensure compliance with set standards.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets as defined in the Key Result Areas (KRA), while adhering to cost budgets.
