You will manage merchant relationships from initial outreach to purchase, aiming for growth through distribution and incentive-led performance.

The role requires a proven channel sales background, team leadership experience, and strong Excel/data skills to analyze performance and drive results.

Qualifications

• Must have led a channel sales role with a 5-member sales team.
• Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion and metrics.
• Experience in driving lucrative incentives for a sales team.

• Must have Smart Phone, Bike & Helmet
• Candidate must have a zeal for Growth
• Candidate should have good market knowledge
• Must have done a Channel Sales Role before with 5 Member Sales Team handled before
• Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, metrics
• Must have experience in getting team earn Lucrative Incentives

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
• Team handing experience is a must
• Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales

Education:

Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
