Job summary

Paytm Payments Services in Gujarat is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to drive EDC device sales in the Oil & Gas segment. You will lead a field team, expand distribution, and boost merchant onboarding and transaction volumes across petrol pumps and distributors.

You will build strong channel relationships, monitor performance with MIS, and coach the team to achieve targets. Graduate with 3+ years in channel sales will fit this growth-focused role.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required; post-grad preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in channel sales & distribution.
• Proven experience leading field sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding, incentives and field ops.
• Experience with POS/EDC device sales preferred.

• Lead and manage a field sales team of 5 or more members.
• Drive EDC machine sales and deployment in the oil & gas sector.

About the Role :

We’re looking for a dynamic Team Leader to drive EDC device sales under the Oil & Gas vertical. You will be responsible for managing a team of field executives, driving distribution, and ensuring consistent growth in merchant onboarding and transaction volumes.

Key Responsibilities :

1. 1. Lead and manage a field sales team of 5 or more members
2. 2. Drive EDC machine sales and deployment in the oil & gas sector (e.g., petrol pumps, distributors, etc.)
3. 3. Build and maintain strong channel partner relationships
4. 4. Ensure target achievement through proper team coordination and ground execution
5. 5. Monitor daily productivity, quality of acquisitions, and incentive earnings

Requirements / Expectations :

5. 5. Experience in POS/EDC device sales will be preferred
