The candidate should have 6–8 years in Medical Coding with strong team handling skills and certifications (CPC/CCS/COC/AHIMA). Relieving letters not mandatory, WFO.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Medical Coding (E&M – Surgery).
• Strong experience in team handling and stakeholder management.
• Good knowledge of coding guidelines and compliance.
• Certification mandatory: CPC / CCS / COC / AHIMA.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end team performance, productivity, and quality metrics
• Manage attendance, discipline, and performance improvement plans
• Provide SME support to Quality Analysts and team members
• Ensure SLA adherence and operational efficiency
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions
• Manage client communication and process updates
• Act as SPOC for team members and maintain team engagement
• Supervise daily workflow, task allocation, and performance evaluation
