Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years post-graduate experience in the Geo-environmental field.
• Experience leading and coaching team members.
• Delivery of projects with coordination across teams and with UK stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Ground & Water (Contaminated Land) team in India, with day-to-day management.
• Deliver projects and ensure technical and commercial quality through delegation and review.

We are looking for an exceptional person to lead our Ground and Water (Contaminated Land) team in India. You will have at least 15 years’ post-graduate experience working in the Geo-environmental field.

ThesuccessfulcandidatewillplayakeyroleinsupportingandcoachingteammembersintheGCCGround&WaterTeam. Thiswill includetheday-to-daymanagementofateam,deliveryof projectsworkingcloselywithandbeing supported by other team members,Project Managers and Directors within the UK team.

The position would suit someone with extensive experience in the UK contaminated land sector who would liketo further develop their leadership and technical consultancy skills and build a successful team.The role involvesorganizational and administrative responsibilities and requires skills, such asplanning, analysis and Judgement.

TheTeamLeaderwillberesponsibleforboththetechnicalandcommercialdeliveryofprojects,including effectivedelegationandcheckingofwork,andwillberesponsibleforthelinemanagementandmentoringofmore juniorstaff ensuring their technicaldevelopment and career progression.

The Team Leader is also expected to ensure that their own professional skills and competencies are continuallyimproved to meet the requirements of the team and any relevant professional bodies.
