Duranta Infotech seeks a seasoned Team Leader (General Management services) to oversee multiple railway projects from Mumbai. The role requires steering the PGM unit, directing the supervision team, and ensuring delivery within governance, safety and quality standards.

You will liaise with stakeholders and serve as client contact for project alignment and timely execution. Ideal candidates bring extensive civil engineering credentials and long track records in railways/highways, including

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in civil engineering.
• 25 years of experience in construction industry including railways/highways.
• Minimum 15 years experience in railway projects.
• 3 years as team leader for railway/linear projects (metros/semi/high speeds/highways).
• Retired railway/railway PSUs personnel with 25 years in railways (civil engineers) with at least 10 years in SAGA can be considered.

Responsabilités

• Overall in-charge of the Project General Management (PGM) Unit.
• Leads the entire PGM supervision team for coordinated delivery of services.
• Establishes the Project Implementation Plan (PIP) and project governance.
• Monitors progress across all projects.
• Manages interfaces with stakeholders and ensures safety, quality and contractual compliance.
• Acts as the primary point of contact with the Client.

Qualifications

25 Years Experience in construction industry including railways/highways and minimum 15 years experience in railway projects

3 Years as team leader for railway/linear projects (including metros/semi/high speeds/highways etc)

Retired railway/railway PSUs personnel with 25 years experience in railways (civil engineers) with at least 10 years service in special administrative grades can be considered
