Job summary

Hyatt Regency Pune is seeking a Team Leader - Outlet to support the Outlet Manager in running the outlet in line with Hyatt International's brand standards and the established concept statement.

You will ensure courteous, professional, and flexible service at all times while meeting guest and owner expectations, and you will help coordinate smooth hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
