Responsibilities
  1. Generate sales through tele and connect.
  2. Prepare strategies to increase F & B sales and group gatherings at Andaz Delhi.
  3. Understand requirements, send quotations, negotiate if required, and follow up to bring business on board.
  4. Set weekly and monthly targets and ensure attainment.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate decision makers.
  6. Target individuals and teams for HDC program enrollments.
  7. Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Food & Beverage Sales for the hotel.
  8. Understand hotel business strategies, set goals, and determine action plans to meet those goals.
  9. Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
  10. Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips for corporate clients.
  11. Provide quick and timely responses and develop professional long-term business relationships.
  12. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers for future bookings.
  13. Convert resident guests for meals in outlets.
  14. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  15. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  16. Research and recommend new opportunities and service improvements.
  17. Answer queries, offer advice, and introduce new products.
  18. Maintain guest database.
  19. Assist in managing the department as an independent profit center.
  20. Ensure adherence to hotel, company, and local rules, policies, and regulations.
  21. Embrace new technology and equipment to improve productivity.
People
  1. Encourage employees to be creative and innovative, recognizing their contributions to the operation's success.
  2. Support the implementation of The People Philosophy, demonstrating Hyatt’s Values and Culture Characteristics.
  3. Follow all hotel, company, and local rules, policies, and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.
Other Duties
  1. Exercise responsible supervisory behavior and positively represent the hotel team and Hyatt International.
  2. Adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and hotel policies concerning fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
  3. Maintain high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
  4. Respond to changes in the Food and Beverage function as dictated by the industry, company, and hotel.
  5. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  6. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
