Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Team Leader - Engineering to oversee the efficient operation of the Engineering Department across Hyatt properties, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and brand standards.

In this role you will support other departments, maintain central plant systems, and guide engineering staff toward high guest comfort and safety while upholding service excellence.

Qualifications

• Official trade certificate or diploma in engineering, with minimum 2 years' work experience as an engineer in a hotel or in a similar large building with central plant.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the efficient running of the Engineering Department in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Support other operating departments to ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations.
