Qualifications

• Retired engineers may be considered if they have JA Grade or above in Indian Railways, or JGM or above in Eng/S&T depts of Railways/PSUs.
• Key competencies include infra project management, planning, execution, team leadership, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and govt/PSU coordination.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.

Experience & Eligibility

• Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience leading or heading infrastructure projects in any of the following sectors:
• Railway
• Metro Rail
• Highways
• Airports
• PSU projects dealing with Railway infrastructure

Alternative Eligibility

Retired Railway/PSU Professionals

Retired Engineers from Railways or PSUs may also be considered, provided they have:

• At least 3 years of experience at JA Grade or above in Indian Railways, and/or
• Experience at the level of JGM or above in the Engineering or S&T departments of organizations such as:
• RITES
• IRCON
• RVNL
• Konkan Railway
• MRVC
• DFCCIL
• Joint Ventures (JVs) or SPVs associated with the Ministry of Railways
