Job summary

Mywhy is seeking a Travel/Customer Operations Team Leader in Dadri, UP to manage and mentor a travel process team, drive productivity and CSAT, and handle escalations. You will lead with clear communication and a focus on remote configurations when needed.

You will monitor team KPIs, conduct coaching and performance reviews, and use strong communication to drive a high-performing unit with customer-first results.

Required Candidate profile

• 3+ years of BPO experience
