Job summary

Aditya Birla Group is seeking a Team Lead for Risk Strategy & Performance Management in India (Maharashtra, Goregaon). You will lead risk portfolios, develop MIS and analytics, and drive governance with a focus on automation, team development, and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires hands-on experience in risk management, data analytics, and leadership to deliver timely risk insights and portfolio monitoring across the organization.

• Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS for risk portfolio monitoring.

Key Result Areas (Max 1325 Characters)

Supporting Actions(Max 1325 Characters)

Collections support & PPD resolution

• Ensure support to collections and related policies on timely resolution of collectables due
• Ensure through tracking of all PPDs with respective stakeholders and timely resolution or escalation of long pending cases to SMT as per laid down polices

Timely roll out of Risk MIS

• Build a culture of data / MIS led approach to Risk Portfolio management.
• Build a set of informative and deep analysis-oriented MISs to track all key Risk variables
• Sharing weekly / monthly/ quarterly and annually MIS for sanctions/rejections/disbursal and other portfolio monitoring items.

To develop a strong team and develop them in governance and automation mindset

• To drive and build capabilities for right team hiring and ensure regular functional & behavioral trainings of team members and they stay relevant in the competitive business environment.
• To develop subordinates & formulate plans for their succession planning and identify and promote fast trackers in the system.
• Proactively build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders for smooth cross-functional coordination and alignment towards achievement of business objectives
