Arcadia is seeking a Team Lead in Chennai to guide a data analytics team, ensuring coverage, quality, and timely delivery across billing and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Data Analysts/Senior Data Analysts, ensuring effective workload allocation and daily operational coverage.
Manage day-to-day team operations and ensure delivery against quality, productivity, SLA, and turnaround-time targets.
Monitor work queues, prioritize assignments based on volume, complexity, aging, and business impact.
Provide guidance and support to analysts in researching, analyzing, validating, and resolving complex data and transaction-related issues.
Review complex, high-impact, or escalated cases and ensure appropriate and timely resolution.
Perform quality reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve accuracy and reduce errors and rework.
Monitor team performance and identify productivity, quality, and process gaps; implement appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to defined processes, controls, quality standards, and operating procedures.
Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and work with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Act as the first level of escalation for operational, process, and data-related issues.
Coordinate with internal teams, utility providers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and obtain required information.
Ensure timely and effective communication of critical issues, risks, and dependencies to the Manager.
Track team workload, backlog, aging, productivity, quality, and SLA performance.
Prepare and share regular team-level performance reports and operational updates.
Coach, mentor, and support team members through regular feedback, knowledge-sharing, and performance discussions.
Identify skill gaps and support training, cross-training, and knowledge-development initiatives.
Ensure appropriate documentation of processes, resolutions, and knowledge articles.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation and support implementation initiatives.
Support the Manager with operational planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure business continuity through effective cross-training, knowledge sharing, and workload management.

8 years of relevant experience in data operations, data quality, analytics, billing/finance operations, or a similar domain.
Prior experience in team handling, mentoring, or supervisory responsibilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
Ability to handle complex cases and provide clear direction to team members.
Strong understanding of SLA, KPI, quality, productivity, and backlog management.
Good stakeholder-management and communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and make timely operational decisions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
Ability to analyze team performance data and identify actionable improvement opportunities.
Experience working with multiple systems, data sources, and cross-functional teams.
