Arcadia Power, Inc. is seeking an experienced data operations leader to manage a team of Data Analysts. You will drive daily operations, ensuring high quality and timely data-driven decisions for enterprise clients. The role requires strong analytics, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in data operations or analytics, experience managing teams, and deep knowledge of Excel and reporting. Hybrid work model and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in data operations, data quality, analytics, billing/finance operations or similar.
• Prior experience in team handling, mentoring, or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to investigate issues and identify root causes.

• Strong understanding of SLA, KPI, quality, productivity, and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Data Analysts/Senior Data Analysts, ensuring workload allocation and daily coverage.
• Oversee day-to-day team operations and delivery against quality, productivity, SLA, and turnaround-time targets.
• Monitor work queues and prioritize tasks by volume, complexity, and impact.
• Provide guidance to analysts in researching, analyzing, validating, and resolving data/transaction issues.
• Perform quality reviews and provide feedback to reduce errors and rework.
• Coach and mentor team members; support training and knowledge development initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation, and support implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, utility providers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Data Analysts/Senior Data Analysts, ensuring effective workload allocation and daily operational coverage.
• Manage day-to-day team operations and ensure delivery against quality, productivity, SLA, and turnaround-time targets .
• Monitor work queues, prioritize assignments based on volume, complexity, aging, and business impact.
• Provide guidance and support to analysts in researching, analyzing, validating, and resolving complex data and transaction-related issues.
• Review complex, high-impact, or escalated cases and ensure appropriate and timely resolution.
• Perform quality reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve accuracy and reduce errors and rework.
• Monitor team performance and identify productivity, quality, and process gaps; implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes, controls, quality standards, and operating procedures.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and work with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Act as the first level of escalation for operational, process, and data-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, utility providers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and obtain required information.
• Ensure timely and effective communication of critical issues, risks, and dependencies to the Manager.
• Track team workload, backlog, aging, productivity, quality, and SLA performance.
• Prepare and share regular team-level performance reports and operational updates.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members through regular feedback, knowledge-sharing, and performance discussions.
• Identify skill gaps and support training, cross-training, and knowledge-development initiatives.
• Ensure appropriate documentation of processes, resolutions, and knowledge articles.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation and support implementation initiatives.
• Support the Manager with operational planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure business continuity through effective cross-training, knowledge sharing, and workload management.
