Job summary

Vizen Life Sciences Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking a senior professional to lead purification operations. You will mentor technicians, oversee purification processes, and ensure GMP/cGMP compliance while driving efficiency and cost improvements.

You will analyze data, manage equipment, and collaborate with QA, production, and R&D, delivering accurate batch records and training new staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in purification operations or related field in pharma/chemical/biotech industries.
• Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role managing technical staff.
• Strong expertise in purification techniques such as chromatography, filtration, distillation, or crystallization.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP/cGMP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting process data using statistical tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong project management capabilities with experience in process optimization initiatives.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation and SOPs.
• Knowledge of QA principles and batch record management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to motivate staff.

Responsibilities
