Responsibilities

• Write clinical summaries/news for patients and physicians from studies and conferences.
• Review and digest papers to identify studies for coverage of clinical interest.
• Produce 3-4 news articles per week based on published research.
• Cover policy issues in a specialty when needed.
• Develop enterprise stories as time allows, and support investigative projects.
• Ensure copy is accurate, well-organized and meets WebMD specs.
• Manage workloads and coordinate with editorial/production teams.
• Interact with internal teams to ensure project progress.

• Experience with pharmaceutical/medical writing experience, or an equivalent combination of related educationand experience. Experience writing for the digital environment is preferred.
