The role requires 6+ years in investor accounting/reconciliation, leadership experience, and strong Excel and financial systems skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of Investor Accounting/Reconciliation experience.
• 2-3 years of team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and experience with financial systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the Investor Accounting team.
• Review and approve reconciliations for investor, custodial, escrow, and clearing accounts.
• Monitor aging items and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support month-end close, audits, and compliance requirements.

OVERVIEW

AIS is seeking to hire an experienced Team Lead - Investor Accounting who will be responsible for overseeing daily investor accounting operations, ensuring accurate reconciliations, timely reporting, compliance with investor guidelines, and leading a team of analysts. The role serves as the primary escalation point, drives process improvements, and ensures operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor the Investor Accounting team
• Review and approve investor, custodial, escrow, and clearing account reconciliations
• Monitor aging items and ensure timely issue resolution
• Support month-end close, audits, and compliance requirements
• Act as the escalation point for complex accounting and reconciliation issues
• Develop and maintain SOPs, controls, and quality standards
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Treasury, and Investor Reporting teams
• Track team performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and deadlines
• Prepare management reports and present key operational metrics
