About Job

The Team Lead, Global Mobility at Multiplier is a pivotal role overseeing the dynamic global mobility team. This position requires expertise in supervising immigration consultants, conducting thorough case reviews, and managing complex immigration cases. A significant aspect of this role is to ensure the team meets performance metrics, such as KPI tracking and effective case management, to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

As a Team Lead, you will manage immigration and visa cases end-to-end, either in-house or through third-party providers. Your role will involve coordinating projects and deals in the pipeline, leveraging your knowledge of immigration requirements. Additionally, you will support the expansion team with ad hoc projects and contribute to training new team members, enhancing the team’s overall effectiveness.
