Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis and Reporting

• Lead the analysis of complex financial data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast future performance and assess the impact of strategic decisions.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support specific business initiatives and decision-making.

Team Leadership and Management

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the FP&A team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture by promoting open communication, teamwork, and professional development.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard talented finance professionals to strengthen the team.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external partners.
