Job summary

Tronicszone is seeking a hands-on Hands-on technical leader for end-to-end embedded systems development across multiple concurrent projects. You will own system architecture, design, implementation, and delivery spanning hardware and software domains.

Responsibilities include leading both embedded software and hardware design, defining partitioning, and driving execution from concept to production. You will mentor engineers, interact with customers, and support manufacturing and ramp-up.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech in Electronics or Embedded area.
• 5–10+ years in embedded systems design and development.
• Proven experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience leading projects or small teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect embedded systems (hardware and software) across multiple projects.
• Lead design and development of embedded software and hardware.
• Define H/W-S/W partitioning and system-level decisions.
• Manage multiple parallel projects with prioritization and resource allocation.
• Drive execution from prototype to production and ramp-up.
• Lead board bring-up, integration, and debugging activities.
• Debug complex hardware/software issues (timing, signals, comms).
• Mentor engineering team members and guide technical discussions with customers.
• Support manufacturing, testing, and production ramp-up.

Job description

Hands-on technical leader responsible for end-to-end embedded systems development across multiple concurrent projects. Own system architecture, design, implementation, and delivery across both hardware and software domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect embedded systems (MCU/MPU-based) covering both hardware and software
• Lead design and development of:
• Embedded software (drivers, middleware, application)
• Hardware (schematics, PCB design/review)
• Define HWSW partitioning and system-level design decisions
• Handle multiple parallel projects with clear prioritization and resource allocation
• Drive execution from concept prototype validation production
• Lead board bring-up, system integration, and debugging
• Debug complex issues across hardware and software (timing, signal, communication)
• Manage and mentor engineering team members
• Interact with customers for technical discussions and requirement closure
• Support manufacturing, testing, and production ramp-up

Required Skills

• Strong embedded C/C++ (hands-on)
• Experience in:
• Bare-metal and/or FreeRTOS
• Low-level drivers and hardware interfacing
• Solid hardware design fundamentals:
• Analog + digital design basics
• Power supply and grounding concepts
• Experience with MCU/MPU platforms (STM32 / NXP / TI / Microchip)
• Hands-on debugging using oscilloscope, logic analyzer, JTAG/SWD
• Communication protocols: SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet
• PCB design/review experience (Altium Designer preferred)

Experience & Qualification
