Your primary responsibilities include leading a team of over 20 developers, managing project workflows, and maintaining client communications. This is a permanent role with fixed day shifts and 5 working days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of 20+ developers across multiple web technologies.
• Develop, manage, and maintain websites primarily in WordPress, and other platforms like Laravel, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, and Squarespace.
• Handle end‑to‑end project communication with clients.
• Allocate tasks, review code, and ensure timely project delivery with quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve development issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Strong command over WordPress development (custom themes, plugins, performance optimization).
• Working knowledge of Laravel, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace.
• Proficiency in Figma and related design tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
