Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack PHP developers.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural recommendations for web applications.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.

• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.

Development

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with Drupal CMS (Drupal 8/9/10), including custom module development, theme customization, site building, and API integrations, will be an added advantage.
• Azure certification.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Exposure to Headless CMS platforms and modern JavaScript frameworks.
