Job summary

Perit AI (YC F26) seeks an AI Annotation Team Lead to spearhead our data annotation efforts. This hands-on role requires performing word alignment and annotation while ensuring high-quality output. You will review deliverables and manage productivity across a growing team in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will lead up to 50 people, drive quality, throughput, and coaching, and adapt to extended hours as needed to meet deadlines.

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AI Annotation Team Lead to lead our data annotation team while actively contributing to the annotation process.

This is a hands-on role that requires performing word alignment and annotation, along with ensuring high-quality output, reviewing team deliverables, and maintaining productivity across the team.

Key responsibilities:

• 4 hours hands on reviewing, alignment, rating and annotation
• 6 hours quality assurance, coaching, mentoring

Deliverables

- Team should meet daily throughput within quality metrics

Must be capable of leading up to 50 people, taking ownership of team quality, throughput, coaching, and results, working flexible or extended hours (including Saturdays), and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while driving team performance.
