Job summary

Arctic Engines, part of the Apna Group, is seeking an Operations Lead to run large-scale egocentric video annotation programs from Bengaluru. You will own workforce planning, daily production, freelancer management, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include managing a 100+ annotators workforce, onboarding and training coordination, capacity planning, and production tracking. You will collaborate with product and tooling teams to improve assignment workflows and ensure client-ready progress

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a 100+ person annotation workforce.
• Direct experience with industrial video, robotics, or Physical AI datasets is mandatory.
• Experience with egocentric video annotation, chunking, temporal action segmentation, and language descriptions.
• Strong skills in workforce planning, delivery management, reporting, escalation handling, and stakeholder communication.
• Comfortable with annotation platforms, spreadsheets, dashboards, and structured data outputs.

• Build capacity and production plans; track productivity, utilization, turnaround time, and delivery against targets.

• Maintain SOPs, production trackers, and client-ready progress reports.
• Partner with product and tooling teams to improve task assignment, review queues, and workflow efficiency.
