Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, validate, and manage different types of contracts and agreements.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal standards.
• Handle contract lifecycle management including renewals, amendments, and documentation.
• Identify contractual risks and coordinate with internal stakeholders for resolution.
• Work closely with legal, HR, procurement, finance, and business teams.
• Lead and mentor team members while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
