SYMPRHYTHM SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED— Remote
- Assist with accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all transactions.
- Support payroll management by processing employee hours and ensuring timely payroll execution.
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements and reports as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Utilize QuickBooks and MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Perform general math calculations to support various accounting tasks.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Accounting Course and terminology
- Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office 2019 version
- Knowledge in Computer systems
- Must be proficient in MS Excel
- Must have good computer system and high speed Internet
- Must be available to work 10.00am - 5.00pm Toronto Canada EST
- Must be available to work 6 days a week Monday - Saturday
