Qualifications

• Over 10 years of IT experience
• 4+ years in SaaS Platform / Azure infra management
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric data engineering and medallion architecture
• Design scalable, resilient, secure frameworks for orchestration and data validation
• Hands-on with Python, Databricks, Spark SQL/PySpark; strong SQL and data modeling
• Spark, Delta Lake, notebooks, job orchestration
• Experience with ADLS Gen2, Delta Parquet, ADF or Azure Synapse Analytics
• Server/app performance tuning and lifecycle management

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders across multi-location technical teams; oversee priority issues and daily operations
• Design and implement Medallion Data Engineering frameworks in Microsoft Fabric
• Lead L2/L3 support for Fabric, Azure, Talend, Tibco, SAP HANA, Qlik, and SLT applications
• Monitor system availability and KPI adherence; drive improvements
• Guide process improvements and ensure operational excellence

Mandatory Skills

Technical Skills:

• Strong10+years ofIT experience with application lifecycle management

Responsibilities:

• Manage stakeholder relationships across multi-role, multi-location technical teams, overseeing priority issues, daily operations, capacity, performance, and production support
• Design, implement and improve frameworks for Medallion Data Engineering in Microsoft Fabric
• Lead teams providing L2, and L3 support forFabric, Azure,Talend, Tibco, SAP HANA, Qlik, and SLT applications
• Monitor and enhance system availability and KPI adherence
• Guide process improvements and ensure operational excellence

Education:

• IT Graduate (BE, BTech,) preferred.
• Experience of working in Captive is a plus.
• Experience of working in large enterprise systems
