Job summary

Enhanceplus consultant in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our growing international BPO team. You will lead a team to achieve performance targets, monitor productivity, and ensure client KPI adherence.

The role emphasizes coaching, mentoring, and maintaining high customer satisfaction, with on-site work and rotational shifts. Applicants should have 1–2 years of Team Leader experience in an international BPO, excellent communication skills, and strong people management

• Resolve team escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
