Job summary

TP is hiring a Team Leader in Goregaon, Maharashtra. The role involves managing daily team operations, handling customer queries, and maintaining high CSAT. Shifts are rotational with 5 working days and 2 rotational week offs. Immediate joiner is preferred.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of on-paper TL experience and knowledge of NPS and BQM operations, plus focus on reducing attrition and shrinkage while boosting productivity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
