Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RCM.
• 1+ year experience in managing People & Process.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and allocate daily work volumes to meet client SLAs and turn-around times.
• Plan day-to-day work and solve in-bound workload problems.
• Run AR reports daily/weekly for each client account.
• Prioritize AR claims based on aging, dollar value, and other criteria.
• Assign accounts and prioritized claims to AR Associates; set client collection targets.
• Ensure patient balances are handled optimally; conduct QA reviews; develop routine reports.
• Attend management meetings to report results and drive process improvements.
• Lead and mentor up to 25 staff; engage in rotating shifts and production issue solving.

## Team LeadApplylocations: IN - Chennaitime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 39198**Job Family:**EBO Accounts Receivable (India)**Travel Required:**None**Clearance Required:**None**What You Will Do:*** Manage and allocate daily work volumes to ensure client SLAs & TAT are met.* Manage day-to-day planning and problem solving related to in-bound work volumes.* Run AR reports daily / weekly for each client account.* Prioritize claims for AR work based on aging, dollar value, and other criteria.* Assign AR accounts and prioritized claims to AR Associates for completion on a daily or weekly as appropriate.* Assign collection targets for each client account.* Ensure patient balances are handled optimally by AR.* Assist with production for all client-specific processes.* Conduct quality assurance reviews of daily work to ensure high quality is maintained across all processes.* Development and delivery of routine reports required to monitor and report on team’s performance and provide customer feedback.* Attend management meetings to present results and formulate continual process improvement and effectiveness.* Directly engaging in problem solving on production related issues with team members, as required.* Good knowledge of AR follow-up or Accounts receivable.* Capability to lead a team upto 25, business acumen, strategic thinking, entrepreneurial spark, and high energy levels.* Responsible for Client communication and patient communication for collections.
