Job summary

PradeepIT Consulting Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a capable service team lead in Bengaluru to drive daily operations for a 20+ member team. You will manage client communications, set priorities, and ensure adherence to service standards with strong KPI governance.

The role requires GIS domain familiarity, excellent English communication, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. Remote-friendly and globally connected, the position offers opportunities to scale impact

Qualifications

• Written and spoken fluency in business English.

• Manage daily activities of a team (20+ members) with effective oversight.
• Experience in GIS domain is preferred.
• Ensure achievement of process, team and individual customer service goals and standards.
• Strong KPI management and administrative reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily team activities and resource planning for 20+ staff.
• Set objectives, monitor KPIs, and ensure service goals are met.
• Coordinate with clients, plan priorities, and communicate status.
• Handle escalations and maintain high-quality service standards.
