Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in Chennai invites a skilled Teamcenter Developer to design and customize PLM solutions within the Siemens Teamcenter environment.

You will configure Teamcenter architectures, write ITK server-side code in C/C++, Java, and XML, and integrate Teamcenter with SAP4Hana, NX, and ECAD tools while following best practices and regulatory guidelines. English proficiency is required, Swedish is valued; prior UA/Workflow experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: C/C++, C#, Java, or XML/XSLT.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter APIs and Dispatcher framework.
• Experience with Active Workspace configuration and customization.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter UA products: Engineering Data Management, BOM Management, Workflow, and Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Teamcenter solutions using both configuration and custom code/scripts.

Your background:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: C/C++, C#, Java, or XML/XSLT.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter APIs and theDispatcher framework, experience with Active Workspace configuration and customization.
• Familiarity withGit (Azure DevOps)for code management, understanding of Teamcenter UA products,includingEngineering Data Management, BOM Management, Workflow, and Change Management.
• Experience in Teamcenter client-server customization and SOA customization.
• Basic problem-solving skills for application issues and root cause analysis, exposure to real‑time customer environments and implementation of Teamcenter product solutions.
• Proficiency in English, additional language such as Swedish are highly valued.
