Job summary

Cyrix Health Care is seeking a Jr. Tutor Biomedical Engineer to conduct and deliver both practical and theoretical sessions for biomedical engineering students. The role involves demonstrating equipment operation, basic troubleshooting, and hands-on training with patient monitors, ECG, ventilators, and other devices at our Coimbatore academy.

Freshers to 2 years of teaching experience are welcomed. Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
• Freshers to 2 years of experience in teaching or training.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain concepts simply and practically.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on medical equipment and biomedical engineering concepts.
• Deliver practical and theoretical sessions for biomedical engineering students.
• Demonstrate working principles, operation, and basic troubleshooting of medical equipment.
• Provide hands-on training on equipment such as patient monitors, ECG, ventilators, infusion pumps, X-ray, ultrasound, and other biomedical devices.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, practical exercises, and assessments.
• Guide students during laboratory and practical sessions.
• Clarify students' technical doubts and provide individual support when required.
• Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessment reports, and other documentation.
• Assist in workshops, demonstrations, seminars, and technical events.
• Coordinate with senior trainers to improve training quality and student engagement.
• Ensure proper handling, safety, and maintenance of training equipment.
