Job summary

Manthan Educational Society invites an experienced ICT Teacher to plan, deliver, and assess computer science lessons aligned with school curricula.

You will support diverse learners, mentor students with gaps, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and coordinators while keeping student records and adhering to policies.

Strong communication, classroom management, and up-to-date ICT knowledge are essential to foster responsible digital citizenship and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
  • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (Preferred)
  • Strong conceptual understanding.
  • Good communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to design engaging lesson plans and creative teaching aids.
  • Patience, empathy, and ability to handle diverse learners.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with peers, coordinators, and parents.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, digital tools for teaching).
  • Prior teaching experience of 2 to 4 yrs at school level preferred.
  • Passion for technology and innovation in education.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teachers, coordinators, and parents for integrated learning.
  • Participate in training, workshops, and staff meetings for professional growth.
  • Maintain student records, discipline, and adherence to school policies.
