Job summary

Oakridge International School, Bengaluru is seeking an EYP Teacher Assistant to support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young learners in the IB Early Years Programme.

You will assist with classroom activities, routines, and supervision while helping develop social, emotional, and communication skills, under safeguarding policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Early Years or IB environment preferred.
• Strong safeguarding and child safety understanding.
• Willingness to complete vetting checks.

Responsibilities

• Support the teacher in planning and conducting age-appropriate learning activities.

The role involves assisting with classroom activities, student supervision, learning resources, routines, and daily classroom management while supporting the IB Early Years Programme (EYP) approach.
