Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Bengaluru seeks a WAM Fund Accounting Business Analyst – Manager to manage and deliver innovative fund accounting solutions for clients. You will coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with capital markets requirements.

The role requires hands-on experience in wealth or asset management fund accounting, platform migrations/implementations, and leadership of programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Wealth or Asset management, focusing on portfolio accounting and fund accounting.
• Experience with fund accounting platform migrations or implementations is a plus.
• Led teams or programs on fund accounting platforms and related capital markets activities.
• Strong knowledge of asset classes (fixed income, equity, derivatives) across buy/sell sides.
• Exposure to portfolio management, trade execution, data control, and portfolio administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver innovative solutions to clients as a Business Analyst.
• Liaise with and manage stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Lead teams and programs on fund accounting platforms and related capital markets activities.
• Support portfolio accounting and fund accounting processes across front/middle/back offices.

WAM Fund Accounting Business Analyst – Manager

Requirements:

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for managing and delivering innovative solutions to the clients. Therefore, you must be flexible, adaptable and passionate about innovation. You will be responsible for liaising and managing key stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that the solutions are delivered successfully. The successful candidate will have:

• Experience working in Wealth or Asset management Industry in the areas of portfolio accounting / fund accounting
• Work experience in fund accounting platform migrations/implementations would be a big plus
• Leading teams/programs on key aspects of client’s fund accounting platform and business with experience in capital markets
• Strong knowledge on various asset classes such as fixed income, equity, derivatives across front office, middle office and back office for either or both "buy" and "sell" side of business
• Exposure to portfolio management, trade execution, data control and operations and portfolio administration
