Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned database administrator to manage HA/DR operations, perform maintenance tasks and monitor performance in a high visibility environment.

You will handle RBAC, credentials and encryption, perform patching, environment refreshes and capacity planning, and tune performance across multi-vendor ecosystems. Strong written and verbal communication is essential.

• Perform HA/DR operations (failover, replication monitoring)
• Conduct DB maintenance: Index rebuilds, stats updates, vacuum

• Perform performance tuning & capacity planning
