About the Job :

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Front-end technologies such as ReactJS, along with experience in modern software development practices, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent technical expertise, and a passion for delivering robust software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, build, and test application code components for enterprise-grade applications.
• Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Build responsive and interactive front-end applications using ReactJS, HTML, JavaScript, and Redux.
• Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
• Follow Agile development practices and adhere to coding, testing, and quality standards.
• Develop and execute unit testing using JUnit and Mockito to ensure application quality and stability.
• Build functional test scripts and automate testing using Selenium.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and performance issues.
• Work with NoSQL databases such as Redis, Graph DB, MongoDB, and other relevant technologies.
• Develop and maintain Microservices/SOA-based applications.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and implement DevOps practices for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to incorporate feedback in line with Agile principles through sprint reviews and show-and-tell sessions.
• Ensure application development meets 90% JUnit test coverage at the API level.
• Provide technical insights, recommendations, and best practices based on prior experience.

Required Skills & Competencies (Must-Have) :

Backend Technologies :

• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture / SOA.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and enterprise application development.

Front-End Technologies :

• Hands-on experience with ReactJS, Redux, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of front-end integration and responsive UI development.

Databases :

• Experience with NoSQL databases such as Redis, MongoDB, Graph databases, or similar technologies.

Testing & Quality :

• Hands-on experience with JUnit and Mockito for unit testing.
• Experience in test automation using Selenium.

Development Tools & Platforms :

• Experience working with Maven for build management.
• Hands-on experience with development IDEs such as Eclipse, STS, or RAD.
• Proficiency with Git and RTC for version control and collaboration.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD implementation.

Good-to-Have Skills :

• Experience with APIGEE integration is a plus.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and automated deployment frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise banking or financial services applications will be an advantage.
