Job summary

EY seeks an experienced IAM engineer to design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for automated provisioning, de-provisioning, and compliance. You will integrate IIQ with AD/LDAP, SAP, and cloud services, while configuring Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager to meet complex business needs.

Role requires 3–10+ years IAM, with at least 3 years of hands-on SailPoint IIQ development; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Windows/Linux, and databases is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of IAM experience required.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ core development (workflow/rule).
• Solid understanding of Windows/Linux OS, databases and app hosting frameworks.
• Knowledge of RBAC, access reviews and policy management.
• Experience integrating with AD/LDAP, identity providers, HR systems and various apps.
• Certifications like SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain connectors, custom workflows, rules, and APIs in SailPoint IdentityIQ to support automated provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Integrate SailPoint IIQ with LDAP-based directories, web services, SAP, and cloud platforms.
• Configure modules including Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager to address complex business and compliance requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve integration and configuration issues across multi-environment IAM landscapes to ensure stability and compliance.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for deployments using GitHub and Jenkins, supporting agile development and release cycles.
• Adapt to dynamic work demands, including providing flexible coverage as needed.
• 3–10+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
• 3 years minimum of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ core development (workflow rule or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of infrastructure components, including operating systems (Windows/Linux), relational databases, and application hosting frameworks.
• Knowledge of IAM principles such as RBAC, access reviews, and policy management.
• Experience with IAM tools such as IdentityNow, Saviynt, or Entra ID Governance.
• Certifications including SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, or other IAM product-specific credentials.
• Experience integrating with directories (AD, LDAP), identity providers, HR systems, databases, and various applications.
