Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager – Infrastructure Security to lead complex security engagements across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will drive security transformation, Zero Trust initiatives, architecture modernization, and governance programs while owning delivery, commercials, and people leadership.

You will oversee security assessments, secure architectures, and program alignment with standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS, while supporting pre-sales and client

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure and cloud security engagements.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, RBI/SEBI/DPDP requirements.
• Strong storytelling, pre-sales and client presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex infrastructure and cloud security engagements across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid.
• Define secure architectures: Network Security, Zero Trust, SASE, IAM, PAM, Hybrid Cloud Security.
• Oversee NGFW, WAF, segmentation, CSPM, CWPP, endpoint security, vulnerability management, SIEM.
• Align programs with compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support RFPs, proposals, solutioning, and client presentations.
• Manage engagement financials, staffing, utilization, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and drive hiring and capability development.

Role Summary

Lead complex Infrastructure Security and Cloud Security consulting engagements across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Drive security transformation, Zero Trust initiatives, architecture modernization, governance programs, and client advisory while owning delivery, commercials, and people leadership.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise infrastructure and cloud security assessments and transformation programs.


• Define secure architectures covering Network Security, Zero Trust, SASE, IAM, PAM, and Hybrid Cloud Security.


• Oversee NGFW, WAF, segmentation, CSPM, CWPP, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and SIEM integration engagements.


• Align programs with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, RBI, SEBI, and DPDP requirements.


• Support RFPs, proposals, solutioning, pre-sales, estimates, and client presentations.


• Manage engagement financials, staffing, utilization, quality, and customer satisfaction.


• Lead and mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants while driving hiring and capability development.
