EY is seeking a Manager – Infrastructure Security in India to lead complex security engagements across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will drive Zero Trust initiatives, architecture modernization, governance programs and client advisory while owning delivery, commercials, and people leadership.

You will mentor Senior Consultants, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to hiring and capability development in a global delivery context.

Qualifications

• Lead complex Infrastructure Security and Cloud Security engagements.
• Define secure architectures including Network Security, Zero Trust, SASE, IAM and PAM.
• Ensure governance and compliance mappings to standards and regulations.
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals and client presentations.
• Lead and mentor consultants, manage delivery, budget and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise infrastructure and cloud security assessments and transformation programs.
• Define secure architectures covering Network Security, Zero Trust, SASE, IAM, PAM, and Hybrid Cloud Security.
• Oversee NGFW, WAF, segmentation, CSPM, CWPP, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and SIEM integration engagements.
• Align programs with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, RBI, SEBI, and DPDP requirements.
• Support RFPs, proposals, solutioning, pre-sales, estimates, and client presentations.
• Manage engagement financials, staffing, utilization, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants while driving hiring and capability development.

Role Summary

Lead complex Infrastructure Security and Cloud Security consulting engagements across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
