Job summary

Wisecor Services is hiring a Tax Executive for its finance and taxation team in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GST compliance, filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and SAP tax accounting.

You will handle GST refunds, statutory reporting, GL reconciliations, and assist audits, while coordinating with auditors and internal teams. Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel is essential, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in taxation, GST, or finance.
• Experience with GST returns, reconciliations, and tax compliance.
• Experience working with SAP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage GST compliance and filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6, ITC-04, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
• Support GST refunds, litigation, and statutory reporting.
• Perform GL reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with statutory, tax, cost, and IFC audits.
• Support transfer pricing assessments and documentation.
• Handle intercompany recharge transactions and tax treatment.
• Manage SAP tax accounting, journal entries and reconciliations.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare tax reports, schedules and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance teams, auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Support process improvements and compliance controls.
