Job summary

Walkaroo International in India seeks a taxation specialist with strong GST knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in taxation. You will handle GST returns (monthly and annual), GSTR 2B reconciliations, TDS, and 26AS reconciliations, while addressing audit notices with precision.

Proficiency in Excel is essential; SAP knowledge is an added advantage. The role requires handling GST notices, preparing responses, and ensuring compliant tax reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Taxation
• Experience in GST Return Preparation (Monthly & Annual)
• GSTR 2B Reconciliations
• TDS deductions and 26AS Reconciliation
• Handling GST Audit Notices and Assessments, including replies to notices/show cause notices
• Good working experience in Excel
• SAP knowledge is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Prepare GST returns monthly and annually
• Reconcile GSTR 2B and related statements
• Handle GST audit notices and assessments and replies
• Prepare and file TDS returns and 26AS reconciliation
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Leverage SAP for taxation processes (advantage)

Preferred candidate profile

• 1) Good Knowledge in Accounting
• 2) Good Knowledge in GST Act, Rules & Notifications,
• 3) Practical experience in GST Return Preparation - Monthly and Annually, GSTR 2 B Reconciliations
• 3) Good Knowledge and Practical experience in TDS deductions, TDS Return Preparation & 26 AS Reconciliation
• 4) Experience in handling GST Audit Notices and Assessments, including reply to notices / show cause notices.
• 5) Good working experience in Excel
• 6) SAP Knowledge is an added advantage.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Taxation Field
