Job summary

Bren in Bengaluru seeks a Manager - Taxation Manager to oversee taxation operations from Bengaluru. The role involves filing GST, TDS, and income tax returns, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining compliance across statutory requirements.

You will coordinate with auditors and authorities, monitor tax law changes, prepare MIS reports, and maintain tax ledgers and documentation. RERA compliance familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
• Ensure timely payment of taxes and statutory dues.
• Reconcile GST, TDS, and tax ledgers.
• Handle tax assessments, notices, and departmental correspondence.
• Prepare tax reports and MIS for management.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and implement necessary compliance measures.
• Maintain accurate tax documentation and records.
• Support financial audits and statutory audits.
• Familiar with RERA Compliances
