Job summary

ManpowerGroup India is seeking an experienced U.S. Tax professional to join the Bangalore team. The role requires deep knowledge of corporate, partnership, and individual taxation with at least 8+ years of U.S. tax experience and a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.

Candidates should have a strong background in public accounting or professional services, and be comfortable mentoring staff, managing multiple engagements, and meeting deadlines. Notice period of 1–2 months is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in U.S. Taxation, with a minimum of 2 years in a manager role.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong experience in Corporate, Partnership & Individual Taxation.
• For Partnership: experience in public accounting or professional services preferred.
• For Partnership: expertise in individual taxation including Forms 1040, 1041, 990, and 5500.
• 2+ years of experience leading, supervising, or mentoring team members.
• Experience with large, multi-state or internationally active middle-market clients.
• Strong analytical, organizational & problem-solving skills.
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Notice period: candidates currently serving 1-2 months' notice preferred.
