Clarivate is seeking an Indirect Tax Analyst to prepare and file U.S. sales and use tax documents and to support broader indirect tax processes.
The role involves audits, business license filings, exemption certificate reviews, and coordination with vendor payments and tax authorities. You will help maintain calendars, manage notices, assist with budgets and monthly reconciliations, and work with the Tax Manager on nexus studies and vendor-relationships.
Join our team as an Indirect Tax Analyst! You'll be at the forefront of preparing and filing U.S. sales and use tax documents, while also diving into various facets of the Indirect Tax process. Your role will include assisting with audits, business license filings, and exemption certificate reviews. You'll collaborate closely with vendor payments, handle state registrations, resolve notices, and gather information requests. Additionally, you'll help manage departmental tasks like opening notices, processing invoices, and preparing budgets. Be a key player in ensuring our tax department's compliance and success!
The Global Tax Team is comprised of over 40 tax professionals worldwide. As a member of the Global Indirect Tax Team, you will collaborate with approximately 10-15 colleagues to fulfil the company’s tax reporting and compliance requirements. This role provides the opportunity to work with tax leadership and other departments within Clarivate, contributing to strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance with U.S. tax regulations.
Full Time, EST time zone
This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days a week in one of our local office locations
